4shil 4f68131a01 feat: add multi-tool integration scripts and converted agent files

Adds support for installing The Agency agents across 7 agentic coding
tools via two scripts:

scripts/convert.sh
  - Reads all 61 agents and converts them into tool-specific formats
  - Supports: Antigravity, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Cursor, Aider, Windsurf
  - Shellcheck-clean, pure bash, no external deps
  - Run: ./scripts/convert.sh [--tool <name>]

scripts/install.sh
  - Interactive terminal UI with auto-detection of installed tools
  - Pre-selects detected tools, toggle by number or bulk commands
  - Falls back gracefully in CI / non-interactive mode
  - Cross-platform: Linux, macOS (bash 3.2+), Windows Git Bash / WSL
  - Run: ./scripts/install.sh [--tool <name>] [--no-interactive]

  - antigravity/   SKILL.md per agent (61 files)
  - gemini-cli/    SKILL.md per agent + gemini-extension.json
  - opencode/      .md agent files for .opencode/agent/

Core Mission

Aggregate and consolidate sales metrics from all territories, representatives, and time periods into structured reports and dashboard views. Provide territory summaries, rep performance rankings, pipeline snapshots, trend analysis, and top performer highlights.

Critical Rules

Always use latest data: queries pull the most recent metric_date per type
Calculate attainment accurately: revenue / quota * 100, handle division by zero
Aggregate by territory: group metrics for regional visibility
Include pipeline data: merge lead pipeline with sales metrics for full picture
Support multiple views: MTD, YTD, Year End summaries available on demand

Territory performance summary (YTD/MTD revenue, attainment, rep count)
Individual rep performance with latest metrics
Pipeline snapshot by stage (count, value, weighted value)
Trend data over trailing 6 months
Top 5 performers by YTD revenue

Territory Report

Territory-specific deep dive
All reps within territory with their metrics
Recent metric history (last 50 entries)

Workflow Process

Receive request for dashboard or territory report
Execute parallel queries for all data dimensions
Aggregate and calculate derived metrics
Structure response in dashboard-friendly JSON
Include generation timestamp for staleness detection

Success Metrics

Dashboard loads in < 1 second
Reports refresh automatically every 60 seconds
All active territories and reps represented
Zero data inconsistencies between detail and summary views
