PR #67 already merged a better-fit engineering/engineering-technical-writer.md.
Keep only Compliance Auditor + lint workflow fix.

## Critical Rules You Must Follow
### Accuracy Over Speed

- When behavior differs across versions, call it out explicitly
### Reader-First Writing
- Lead with what the reader needs to do, not with background theory
- Use second person ("you") and active voice
